Module III / IV / V

Module III
If an organization chooses to participate in Module III of the Shared Values Process they will be given a structure under which to examine the People Systems currently in place (hiring and firing, orientation of new employees, motivation and reward of excellence, and how we develop our employees). These systems will then be examined and one coordinated system will be created that reflects the new business and people values adopted by the organization. These new systems will then be taught by and to the employees and adopted for the benefit of all employees.

Modules IV / V
Modules IV and V are used to place the customer as the source of the organization's structure, as opposed to operational convenience. The structures within the organization will be examined and rearranged to create customer centered, multi-cross functional, self-managing process groups. These groups will have at their disposal a resource group made up of the "experts" in the organization. After the creation of this new structure customers will be able to have their needs addressed at their convenience without the interference of bureaucracy and internal hierarchy.
