People & Business Values, Standards for Behavior, and Consensus Building
The purpose of Module I is to introduce the organization to the People Values and the standards of behavior that have been found to best allow people to be great in the work environment, and to create customized Business Values from which the employees in the organization will use to guide their daily behaviors/actions to meet the business objectives/goals. Also, a new approach to building Consensus is adopted in order to work together in a more collaborative manner.
